Regulations for reservation and cancellation by product
Air reservation and cancellation regulations
We would like to inform you that the standard terms and conditions for overseas travel apply first to the reservation and cancellation of this air product,
Separately, we inform you of the reservation and cancellation regulations as follows.
1. Booking and down payment regulations
1.1) This flight product is a member company's product, so please make a reservation and receive information from the sales travel agency for reservation and payment.
1.2) The above reservation and down payment may be changed due to airline and vendor circumstances, and your payment deadline may be pushed forward depending on the circumstances.
(However, if the cancellation fee is higher than the down payment, the cancellation fee must be paid as a down payment if the cancellation fee is higher than the down payment)
2. Cancellation fee regulation
When canceling a trip, cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Regulations in Article 15 of the Overseas Travel Standard Terms and Conditions.
(However, the same rules apply in case of cancellation of travel departure due to reasons attributable to the seller.)
2.1) If you are notified 30 days before the start of the trip (~30 days): --- Deposit refund
2.2) If you are notified 20 days before the start of the trip (29th-20th): --- 10% compensation of the total product price
2.3) If you are notified 10 days before the start of the trip (19th-10th): --- 15% compensation of the total product price
2.4) If you are notified 8 days before the start of the trip (9th to 8th): --- 20% compensation of the total product price
2.5) If you are notified one day before the start of the trip (7th to 1st): --- 30% compensation of the total product price
2.6) When notified on the day of travel: --- 50% compensation of the total product price
3. Contract cancellation rules if the minimum number of departures is not met
The sales travel agency must notify the traveler no later than seven days before the start of the trip if the travel contract is canceled because the minimum number of people is not met.
If the sales travel agency cancels the contract without giving notice within the due date of the preceding paragraph due to the lack of the number of participants, the amount of 1 of each of the following items shall be reimbursed to the traveler in addition to the down payment refund already paid.
3.1) If you are notified 7 days before the start of the trip (~7): Refund the down payment
3.2) If you are notified one day before the start of the trip (6-1): 30% compensation for the travel fee
3.3) When notifying on the day of travel commencement: 50% compensation for travel fees

항공 예약 및 취소 규정
본 항공 상품의 예약과 취소는 국외여행 표준약관이 우선 적용됨을 알려드리며,
별도로 아래와 같이 예약 및 취소 규정을 안내드림니다.
1. 예약 및 계약금 규정
1.1) 본 항공 상품은 회원사의 상품이오니 예약금 및 결제 관련은 예약 후 판매 여행사에 안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.
1.2) 위 예약 및 계약금은 항공사 및 판매사 사정에 의하여 변경될 수 있으며, 상황에 따라 고객님의 결제 시한은 당겨질 수 있습니다.
(단, 아래 명시되어 있는 취소료 규정 적용 기간에 예약하신 고객님께서는 계약금보다 취소 수수료가 높을 시 취소 수수료 금액을 계약금으로 납부하셔야 합니다.)
2. 취소료 규정
여행 취소시 국외여행표준약관 제 15조 소비자분쟁해결규정에 따라 아래의 비율로 취소료가 부과됩니다.
(단, 판매사의 귀책사유로 여행 출발 취소 경우에도 동일한 규정이 적용됩니다.)

1.1) 본 호텔 상품은 회원사의 상품이오니 예약금 및 결제관련은 예약 후 판매 여행사에 안내를 받으시기 바랍니다.
1.2) 위 예약 및 계약금은 호텔 및 판매사의 사정에 의하여 변경될 수 있으며, 상황에 따라 고객님의 결제 시한은 당겨질 수 있습니다.
(단, 아래 명시되어 있는 취소료 규정 적용기간에 예약하신 고객님께서는 계약금보다 취소 수수료가 높을 시 취소 수수료 금액을 계약금으로 납부하셔야 합니다.)
2. 취소료 규정
여행 취소시 국외여행표준약관 제 15조 소비자분쟁해결규정에 따라 아래의 비율로 취소료가 부과됩니다.
(단, 당사의 귀책사유로 여행출발 취소 경우에도 동일한 규정이 적용됩니다.)
2.1) 여행개시 30일전(~30일)까지 통보시 : --- 계약금환급

판매 여행사는 최저 행사인원이 충족되지 아니하여 여행계약을 해제하는 경우 여행개시 7일전까지 여행자에게 통지하여야 합니다.
판매 여행사가 여행참가자 수 미달로 전항의 기일 내 통지를 하지 아니하고 계약을 해제하는 경우 이미 지급받은 계약금 환급 외에 다음 각 항목의 1의 금액을 여행자에게 배상하여야 합니다.
3.1) 여행개시 7일전(~7)까지 통지시 : 계약금 환급
3.2) 여행개시 1일전(6~1)까지 통지시 : 여행요금의 30% 배상
